Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-09-05
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your download, installation and use of any application published by Velnor ("Velnor", "we", "us"), including Dwell IQ, Elisa Blake, UnitKit, Lunara, Rankora, Budget App and Campvera (each, an "App"). By downloading, installing or using an App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Velnorgrants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use an App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store's Usage Rules. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Velnor.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or create derivative works of an App, except as permitted by applicable law;
- Rent, lease, sell, redistribute or sublicense an App;
- Use an App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable or impair its operation; or
- Attempt to circumvent any subscription, licensing or content restriction built into an App.
4. Content you provide
Some Apps let you create or add your own content — such as photos, notes, journal entries or budget categories. You retain ownership of that content. Where an App stores this content locally on your device, you are responsible for backing it up; Velnor is not responsible for content lost due to device loss, damage, or App deletion, except where an App explicitly provides its own backup or sync feature.
5. Subscriptions and purchases
Where an App offers a subscription or one-time purchase, billing is handled entirely by Apple through your App Store account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your device's Settings, under your Apple ID account. Refunds are issued by Apple in accordance with Apple's own policies — Velnor does not process payments or issue refunds directly. Some Apps use RevenueCat to manage subscription status; this does not change how billing or refunds work.
6. AI-generated content
Where an App includes features powered by artificial intelligence, any analysis, suggestion or generated content is provided for informational and organizational purposes only. It may be inaccurate or incomplete, and is not a substitute for professional advice — including medical, financial, or legal advice. You are responsible for evaluating and verifying any AI-generated output before relying on it.
7. No professional advice
Velnor Apps are organizational, informational and productivity tools. They do not provide medical, financial, legal or other professional advice, and are not a substitute for consulting a qualified professional. Always seek the advice of a qualified provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition, financial decision, or other matter requiring professional judgment.
8. Disclaimers
Apps are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Velnor does not warrant that an App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Velnor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of an App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Termination
You may stop using an App at any time by deleting it from your device. We may suspend or terminate your access to an App if you violate these Terms. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as sections 8 and 9) will survive.
11. Third-party terms
Your use of an App is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, and to the terms of any third-party service an App uses (such as RevenueCat or OpenAI), as disclosed in that App's section of our Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Apple's standard EULA regarding Apple's rights, Apple's standard EULA will govern.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of an App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
